After we had
read the last page of the last book there just seems to be the need for a
full list of who did not survive through-out the entire series.
I bit of a depressing concept but interesting I thought.
So below is a full list of who didn't make it, what killed them or how they
died.
If you know of anyone/anything else that didn't make it, and its not listed
here, please email me :)
